About the Bazaar πͺ
The Bitcoin Bazaar is a curated peer-to-peer marketplace inside Bitcoin 2026. Showcase your brand and be part of a marketplace built on the principles of Bitcoin.
This is your prime opportunity to connect directly with a massive, targeted audience of passionate Bitcoiners eager to spend some sats.

Whatβs included in the Bazaar package π¦
- Booth Price: $6,000 per booth
- Space: A designated 8β x 8β floorspace within the Bitcoin Bazaar for your brand.
- 8β high pipe and black drape backdrop with 4β high dividers, along with a table, 2 chairs and a tablecloth.
- Wi-Fi & Power: A dedicated 5 amp 500 watt power drop and Wi-Fi access is provided to enable Bitcoin Payments.
- Vendor Passes:Β Two exhibitor passes are assigned for your team to access the conference and the Bazaar.
- Branding Freedom:Β Vendors are encouraged to bring custom branding, displays, extra furniture, or anything you need to create the perfect setup.

Vendor Requirements (Mandatory to participate) β οΈ
BITCOIN PAYMENTS
- All vendors must accept Bitcoin payments via the Lightning Network. If vendors are unfamiliar with Lightning payments, assistance is offered.
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE & HOLD HARMLESS FORM
- Vendors selling tangible items at the event must provide a Certificate of Insurance for Commercial General Liability. In past events vendors have recommended ACT Insurance with a flat fee $49 per event insurance.
- Vendors will be required to provide a signed Hold Harmless & Release of Liability Form from the venue.
SALES TAX AND TAX FORM
- Vendors must follow the applicable Law. Vendors are required to submit a One-Time Return Form at the end of the event, which will be provided by the event organizers. Vendors who do not have an existing tax account number with the Nevada Department of Taxation will have the Las Vegas Sales Tax rate of 8.375% collected by the event organizers at the conclusion of the event.
VENUE REQUIREMENTS
- Vendors must follow venue rules. Food and beverages cannot be sold due to venue regulations.
- The Venetian is union-operated. Vendors cannot roll carts through the Venetian expo hall. Vendors can hire a bellhop or pack items in a suitcase and roll them in

Shipping Options
- Advanced Shipments: Mar 20 β Apr 15, 2026 (warehouse)
- The advanced shipment drayage rate is $2.53 per pound. Any shipment received after April 16th is subject to an additional 30% per pound.
